  2. When you receive the frame, claim your Love2Shop vouchers on vitra-fitandforget.co.uk
  3. To make things as easy as possible we will accept photographic evidence of the invoice.
  4. Provide contact details so we know where to send the Love2Shop vouchers (because of the value they will need to be signed for so please choose a convenient address).
  5. Each frame order is worth £10 of Love2Shop vouchers and entitles you to be entered into a prize draw to win two tickets to a high profile sporting event.

Terms & Conditions

  • The promotion starts from 1st March and will run until 31th December 2018.
  • Incentive excludes concealed cisterns, however all Frames are included.
  • One claim can be made per individual frame and there is no limit to the number of claims that can be made.
  • Love2Shop vouchers will work in multiples of £10 and will be distributed at the end of each month.
  • Products cannot be returned once purchased unless faulty – faulty products should be returned to the retailer you bought it from.

Installer Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  • Installers are entered into a prize draw for every wall-hung frame they purchase. Entry is upon claiming for the Love2Shop voucher.
  • To be eligible for the Love2Shop promotion and entry into the prize draw, VitrA will need to receive a copy of the invoice clearly stating the product code, date and delivery address, and payment. Failure to do so will result in your claim being invalid.
  • Two sets of winners will be pulled out and will be notified the specifics of the prizes.
  • Only winners of the prize draw will be notified – the name of the winner can be obtained from VitrA by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Marketing Department, VitrA UK Ltd, Park 34, Collett, Didcot, Oxon OX11 7WB.
  • All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • VitrA retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

  • Forms must be completed and given back to the VitrA ASM to be eligible for a free frame.
  • The free frame will be a regular floor and wall fixation frame.
  • The frame will be sent to the retailer where the breakfast morning was held and can be collected from them.

Retailer Free Frame

Terms & Conditions

  • There are a limited number of frames available to claim and retailers would have had to receive a communication from VitrA UK to claim, however an email must be sent to marketing.uk@vitra.co.uk with your name, address, telephone number and preferred distributor to be eligible for a free frame. If you have not received a communication, please speak to your VitrA ASM.
  • The free frame will be a regular wall and floor fixation frame.
  • The frame will be sent by the preferred distributor to the address provided in the claim email.
  • Products cannot be returned once received unless faulty – faulty products should be returned to the distributor you received the product from.
